2018 TOP 100 award for safety glove specialist
The leading innovators in Germany’s SME sector for 2018 have been revealed. The TOP 100 competition – now in its 25th year – celebrates the most innovative small and medium-sized companies, and we are proud to announce that our specialists at uvex safety gloves have earned a place among the top 100 innovators for 2018 in the 250 or more employees category.
As the largest European manufacturer of safety gloves, UVEX SAFETY Gloves GmbH & Co. KG, based in Lüneburg, successfully competes against major international companies and is one of the hidden champions of the German SME sector. For many years, uvex safety gloves has consistently flexed its innovative muscle in pursuit of the uvex strategic innovation programme “IQ8”. The company has also helped to shape the global safety glove market in more than 25 countries with its exceptionally high-quality products and technologies.
After winning a TOP innovator award in 2013, this additional recognition from the TOP 100 competition in 2018 is testament to the long-term and sustainable innovative approach of uvex safety gloves. The award winners include 120 global and national market leaders.
The award was presented by mentor Ranga Yogeshwar at an awards ceremony held on the 29 June 2018 at the 5th German SME Summit in Ludwigsburg.
